Ingredients
- Self raising flour 450g
- Baking powder pinch
- 200ml milk
- 50ml cream
- 110g diced butter
- 1 egg
- 50g caster sugar
- Pinch salt
Instructions
- Bake at 180 for 15-20 mins
- This makes 12-18 scones
- To add variety add:
- Grated orange peel or raisins
- We all love to call to ‘Carrigeen’ as we call it to have a freshly brewed coffee and scone with Ann and Michael and have a catch up.
