  • Self raising flour 450g
  • Baking powder pinch
  • 200ml milk
  • 50ml cream
  • 110g diced butter
  • 1 egg
  • 50g caster sugar
  • Pinch salt
  1. Bake at 180 for 15-20 mins
  2. This makes 12-18 scones
  3. To add variety add:
  4. Grated orange peel or raisins
  5. We all love to call to ‘Carrigeen’ as we call it to have a freshly brewed coffee and scone with Ann and Michael and have a catch up.
