Patterson's Butchers is a certified craft butcher located on Main Street in Baltinglass, Co. Wicklow.  We are one of only 3 Certified Craft Butchers in County Wicklow and we were one of the first to achieve this status in the country.

We are a local butcher that takes great pride in knowing where our products come from so we can ensure we only offer the best quality meat, fish and accompaniments that our customers deserve.

Founded in 1940 the business remains in the same family and is currently in the third generation of butchers.  Our trained and experienced staff welcome all our loyal customers and are eager to give advice and information about the products we sell.

We have full traceability and can let you know where each animal has come from, many of our suppliers are within a few kilometres of our shop.  We know our suppliers and work with them to keep our quality levels so consistently high.

Our customers can be reassured not only on the origin of what we sell but also on how it has been prepared before it is brought to the shelves.  We only offer fresh premium products to our customers.
